 What is Junk Food?

Junk Foods are those foods that are low in nutrition, low in minerals as well as low in vitamins. It was only high in energy, fats, sugar as well as salts.



Examples of junk foods include candy, chips, french fries, soda/coke, and many more which harm your body and create so many diseases in your body.

Facts of Junk Food - The 21st century and junk food have gone global. For better or for worse(Mostly worse), junk food is now available all over the world. We see it almost everywhere we go -in grocery and convenience stores, fast-food restaurants, and on television, usually looking very appealing

What happens when we consume Junk Foods?

 - It causes digestion problem

- It causes depression

- It affects blood sugar levels as well as cells

- It increases the risk of heart diseases

- It can also damage your liver

- It can bring cancer also

Advantages and Disadvantages of Junk Food

(Advantages)

1. Taste Satisfaction- It feels satisfaction because it includes so many different components in one place which provides us satisfaction for some time.



2. Price can be affordable- Every junk food has a different price range that easily matches the financial situation as well as fills the plates of food in that financial range




3. Good for traveling- Many times when we don't have time to cook food quickly because of the travel or some more priorities have occurred then the bag of junk food or fast food is good at that time. Research shows that most of the cases occur in corporate life and college life.



4. Good for Business Purposes- In today's time the best business startup is selling junk food because it has a huge demand as well as huge market share. Marketing junk food can be easy because it attracts every gender, age, and area of customers. This happened because of the lack of time to prepare the food. 



(Disadvantages)

1. Not suitable for daily use - Daily eating junk food is very harmful to health because it may bring so many diseases such as illness, cancer, digestion issues, and deficiency of vitamins/minerals.
It also increases the hair fall duration and because of that, you become a bald personality.


2. Rich Cholesterol -  Junk food is rich in cholesterol which affects your liver and may lead to complicated diseases. Research shows that those who avoid junk foods can maintain their body and think positively in life.


3. One of the significant factors in Weight Gain/Loss - Consuming junk food on a regular basis can increase the risk of obesity because it directly harms your health because of its high calories and lack of minerals as well as vitamins. It also consume vast amount of calories which may bring an increase in weight and decrease of weight according to the different human bodies.
