What is a Healthy Life?
Healthy Life does not mean to go exercises daily, it means eating your favorite food by adding the right type of items to it. Some say we like momos, pizza, golgappa, etc These are favorite food items but not healthy items but we can create these favorite foods into healthy food.
Now the Question came How?
- The special answer is that by creating these items in our homes by adding the right amount of calories as well as fiber which full-fill your stomach as well as protect your health.
- If you are unable to create one at your home then there is another solution is that make a calendar chart according to the week or month-wise, which shows this day you can eat outside and this day you have to ignore these foods.
